Biodiesel, also known as FAME (Fatty Acid Methyl Esther), belongs to the category of fuels made from renewable sources, mainly of agricultural origin, and is used in diesel engines. FAME is an ecological fuel, which contributes to reduction of CO2 emissions in the athmosphere.

It is most often produced through a chemical process - transesterification of vegetable oils. The final product of Biodizel Vukovar d.o.o. is made using pure rapessed oil, the product is then called rapeseed methyl ester (RME).

Our main product is compliant with the EN 14214 standard: 2012+A1:2014 and meets ISCC EU sustainability requirements.

Biodiesel, as a motor biofuel used for powering diesel engines, has excellent lubricating properties. Since it is produced from renewable energy sources it is completely biodegradable and non-toxic, which contributes to reducing CO2 emissions and does not contain sulfur.

  • Lower price
  • Fuel that does not soot when combusting
  • Removes carbon residues from mineral diesel and increases efficiency
  • Extends engine life due to better lubrication
